A clear evidence boundary
| Information | Evidence in this edition | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| Blocks and transactions | Pearl Blockbook records and PRLScan Mainnet analytics | Independent validation by Pearl Pulse |
| Pool names | Source-attributed payout address labels | Legal ownership or number of physical miners |
| Mining distribution | Block counts divided by total observed blocks in the selected window | A stable share of future blocks |
| Work-rate estimate | Upstream H/s estimate and declared rolling window | Bitcoin-equivalent security, FLOPS, or economic AI utility |
| Certificate commitments | Original block bytes; recomputed header, certificate and transaction commitments | Plonky2 proof validity or independent consensus validation |
| Emission curve | Pinned smooth-emission formula | Actual circulating supply or investment performance |
Freshness and fallback
Every data panel identifies its source and receipt time. The header checks the upstream status timestamp separately. When a request fails, the last received record remains visible with a cached-data label. The bundled real-data snapshot is explicitly dated. No random numbers are used as fallback data.
Exact amounts
One PRL is 100,000,000 grains. Integer amounts are retained as strings and calculated with BigInt. Charts may use approximate numeric coordinates; transaction details and JSON exports preserve exact grain values.
Emission methodology
For height h > 0, the pinned maximum subsidy is floor(S × C / ((h + C) × (h − 1 + C))), with S = 210,000,000,000,000,000 grains and C = 650,226. Actual claimed issuance is coinbase outputs less transaction fees. The continuous cumulative graph is the theoretical upper curve S × h / (h + C), not a reconciliation of minted coins.
